A few weeks ago, I was sitting outside the illustration studio with my friend musing about life. Somehow, the topic of tattoos came up. I said to him,

“I always wanted a tattoo, but I can never stick with a certain idea for too long. I’m always afraid I’ll end up disliking it eventually.”

And in return, he said to me,

“It’s because we’re artists. We’re never the same for too long. Nothing is ever good enough - no matter what you get, you’ll always want to see it improved.”

As much as I wish he was wrong, I’m starting to believe he just might be right on the money
